At CareerGeek, we strive for your satisfaction. Please review our refund terms:

  1. Digital Products/Services: Refunds are not applicable once services or downloads have commenced.
  2. Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a subscription, notify us within 7 days of purchase.
  3. Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued if a technical issue or billing error occurs on our end.
  4. Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Revised Policy from 01/01/2026

 

At CareerGeek, we invest significant time and resources upfront in personalised planning, mentor allocation, and material access. To ensure fairness to both students and mentors, the following refund policy applies.

 

Once a student enrols and payment is made, the slot is reserved exclusively for them. As a result, fees paid are non-refundable once services have commenced.

 

Services are considered to have commenced if any one of the following has occurred:

·      A strategy or discovery session has been conducted

·      A personalised study plan has been created or shared

·      Study material or portal access has been provided

·      Any live session, class, or mentoring interaction has taken place

·      The student has been added to an internal group or tracking system

In such cases, no refund (full or partial) will be applicable, irrespective of attendance, pace, or personal circumstances.

 

If a student chooses to withdraw before services commence, a refund may be considered after deducting an administrative and planning fee.

 

Any such request must be made in writing within 48 hours of payment and before any onboarding activity begins.

 

Refunds will not be provided for the following reasons:

·      Change of mind or lack of time

·      Dissatisfaction due to effort required or course rigor

·      Delay or non-completion of assigned work by the student

·      Expectations beyond the agreed scope of services

·      Use of goodwill or complimentary support and later claiming it as an entitlement

·      Non-attendance of scheduled sessions without prior notice

 

Please note that CareerGeek does not guarantee specific scores, admits, or outcomes. Progress depends significantly on the student’s consistency, effort, and adherence to the study plan.

 

In rare cases where CareerGeek is unable to continue services due to internal reasons, an appropriate pro-rata refund for unused sessions may be considered at management’s discretion.

 

All refund-related queries must be raised directly with CareerGeek via official email. Requests raised through third parties, social platforms, or external forums without prior communication will not be entertained.

By enrolling and making payment, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy, along with the scope of services and communication guidelines shared during onboarding.
